Compensation

This is an 18+, adult project. NO MINORS will be allowed to participate in and/or purchase this zine.This is a for-profit zine. All contributors are guaranteed a digital copy of the zine + opportunity to purchase all artwork at production cost. We aim to get all contributors a free physical copy if not a full merch bundle, then split what's left of the profits between participants appropriately.
Participants may also choose to donate their profits, or part of their profits. (Charity will be chosen later if enough sales are reached)

Guidelines

• A very adult zine! Lots of mature content encouraged, but we ask that there be NO full genital nudity or explicit sexual acts in the illustrations (though you can be suggestive as you want). Calendar pieces will have to be tasteful, modeled after vintage and nouveau pin-ups-- but zine work can be a bit more raunchy.• All characters included must be 18+ as of post-timeskip/current manga canon.• Respectful gender and sexuality exploration + body diversity + headcanons are very much encouraged.• Kink as an aesthetic is allowed, but will have to be discussed on a case by case basis with participants in the zine.• Group scenes and suggestions of ships are allowed, but the goal is very much Fanservice over the ships themselves.• Traditional artwork is allowed so long as you have a way to scan it in at at least 300dpi. Portfolio work does not have to be One Piece or Explicit. We’re excited to see all kinds of applicants!

Creator Requirements

ARTISTS
To keep visual consistency and ensure that every creator is compensated well for their work, participants of this zine will be asked to do 2 pieces each (with some wiggle room). Extra time has been worked into the schedule to make sure that the workload isn’t overwhelming, and many of the mods will be working on art and fic right alongside you at the same pace. While all pieces must feel finished and well composed, full backgrounds are not necessarily expected for this zine as focus should be on the figure.1 Cover Artist
While composition and character choice are up to the accepted artist for the cover, we are looking for someone whose style best adapts to the aesthetic direction of the zine’s theme. Pinterest/Insp found here
The cover artist will be responsible for both the zine and calendar covers, must work closely with the graphics mod, and be flexible to changes. If you have any, please include pieces that reflect the cover style you’d like to work with, previous covers you have designed, or illustrations involving lettering and graphics in your portfolio.6 Calendar Artists
Responsible for 2 single character or small group illustrations, fashioned after vintage pin up posters. Calendar artists will have to stick more closely to the theme and vibe of the months that they select/are given.20 Zine Illustrators
Responsible for creating 2 finished illustrations centered around your selected characters or groups. While zine illustrators should still keep in mind the theme + aesthetics of this project, they can be a little more loose and lewd than the calendar artists.5 Merch Artists
Merch artists will be responsible for creating varied collectable merchandise, sometimes in sets, ranging from charms to bookmarks, to postcards and pins. We encourage you to submit a wide array of merch examples, or styles you feel could best fit the aesthetics and theme of this project. If you’ve not created merch before but feel like you could adapt, we’ll help you figure it out.
Because this is a calendar, we’re interested in possible stationary and productivity merch on top of your typical zine products. Merch can also be suggestive or flirty but will need to align to the theme aesthetics.5 WRITERS
Writers will be given about 4 pages/ 2k word count to work with, and 1-2 characters. Writers may divide that word count however they wish, exploring their given characters relationship with themselves as it realtes to their body, sexuality, gender, kinks and/or relationship philosophies.

Yep!What merch will be received in bundles that have less than the full set of merch (Ex: Diamond Sword has only 2 of 3 Heart Buttons, etc)
In bundles that have less that full sets of merch types, the merch will be random (ex: someone may get a Vivi and Corazon button while another gets a Sabo and Vivi). However we will be having aftersales, more on that below!When do you plan on shipping preorders?
If all goes well with manufacturing, we plan on shipping out in early-mid November!How will aftersales work?
During the manufacturing phase, we will be ordering a small margin over our actual sales of each product to have backups in case of any errors in the process. Once all preorders are shipped out, we will take inventory of remaining good stock, and put those back on sale. At this time only, we will be taking requests for specific items/offering smaller bundles.If I order now, can I hold on shipping my package until the aftersale period?
If you wish to order a bundle now but save on shipping for aftersales later, you can DM us or Email us with the name you used to order and we'll make a note to set your bundle aside. Everything will be packaged at the same time and sent in waves.
Please keep in mind that your aftersale purchase will be in addition to your already randomized order, and that there is no guarantee that the merch you are gunning for will remain by the time you order your aftersale. You will also possibly run the risk of getting doubles when adding your specific item at that phase. Aftersales will also take place in 2022, losing some useful months of the Calendar if you wish to actively use it.Note: We will be giving a few weeks heads up on our social media for when aftersales go up, but remaining inventory will be first come first serve!

Aesthetics and Kinks
